I don’t mean to disparage FIF concerts or anything, but just to say that the experience is a little different. Maybe Reese didn’t tell people to not shove or punch when you saw him, but I’m pretty sure on the “Winners Never Quit” tour in Orlando back in 2003, he did ask us to try and not do it and I think there’s even some mention of keeping it down a bit on The End is Here, but I’d have to listen in full again to make sure.

I definitely don’t mean that those shows are less lively at all. In fact, while I like shoving as much as the next guy, I think I’d almost prefer to keep the moshing to a minimum. Maybe I’m just getting old, but it’s a lot harder for me to enjoy the music when I’m worried about shoving people around me. That concert will always be one of my favorite shows I’ve ever seen filled with energy and awesomeness, so I’m sorry that I gave off the wrong impression, I was just trying to contrast the different styles.

I’m just saying, since you kind of made it sound like christian concerts are generally less lively than non-christian concerts, which is absolutely not the case :P.
